The pick-up location is indicated on your order confirmation.

What should I do after reloading cards in my possession?

If you’ve already topped up your existing cards by entering their numbers when ordering, you don’t need to do anything else – you can go and enjoy them straight away! 😉

Can I top up a card from another resort or from a previous season?

You can use any card compatible with our system, whatever its origin.
Compatible cards have a serial number starting with 01-1614… (except Chamrousse and Domaine Nordique).
They’re very popular, so don’t hesitate to reuse them if you already own one!

Your holder must be used only once a day. Do not load 2 passes on the same hands-free holder (even on different dates, as long as the 1st pass has not been used up).

Can I lend my pass or share it with others during my stay?

No. Passes are personal, non-transferable and non-transferable. Checks are carried out at lift departures.

When and where is the yoga activity?

Reservations only on our sales site or on our automatic terminals.
